What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) to import an order?
This will vary by product due to the variety of factories Logomark Asia uses and the broad range of products we source. The MOQ will be provided in the written quotation.

When is direct importing the right choice for me?
First consider the size of your order. A custom order item should be $10,000 net USD or more, a catalog item should be $8,000 net USD or more. Please Note: PMS color matches, testing requirements or certain gift items may require a larger minimum.

How does the quoting process work?
Accurate quoting requires detailed product descriptions. Provide the product description and function of the item, specify the method of decoration, the target price, provide and in-hands date, and any delivery specifications.

Quotes for catalog items generally take less than 24-48 hours. Special requests and large quantities may take longer.

Quotes for custom items vary between 2-10 days. To expedite custom item quote provide a sample, image, or rendering of the item.

What is the production time for an order?
45-120 days from proof approval, depending on the item and any special tooling or molds required.

Note: Some testing or inspection requirements may require longer lead times. If shorter lead times are required we will provide a quote for air freight options.

Will my order be tested and inspected?
Yes. Compliance laws are constantly changing and can be very complicated. Our team monitors all regulations. All Logomark Asia products meet applicable federal safety requirements as enforced by US food and drug administration and the consumer product safety commission.
